Job description:

Meta Hire Group is working with a well established Crypto Casino who are looking for an Influencer & Streamer Manager.

In this role you will spearhead their outreach and relationship -building efforts with content creators across platforms like Kick, Instagram, YouTube and other high value channels.

You will play a crucial role in identifying talent, negotiating deals, onboarding to the crypto casino, and ensuring long term partnership success through performance tracking and active management.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to promising influencers and streamers with high potential to drive traffic and conversions.

• Negotiate affiliate terms and ensure deals are structured for long-term profitability.

• Onboard new partners, ensuring they’re equipped with tracking links, marketing materials, and a sound understanding of the brand.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, supporting them with campaigns, content ideas, and incentives

• Monitor each partner’s performance across key KPIs: FTDs, NGR, retention, ROI

• Analyze campaign data, flag underperformers, and optimize for better results

• Provide regular reports and updates on partner performance to the marketing team

• Collaborate closely with social media, VIP, and acquisition teams to align influencer activations with larger marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing influencers, affiliates, or content creators. Ideally in gaming, gambling, or crypto spaces.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable using data to evaluate performance and inform decisions

• Self-starter mindset: you know how to find value in untapped channels and get deals over the line.

• Familiarity with platforms like Kick, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, Telegram, and Discord

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Existing network of creators in the iGaming or crypto space

• Experience using affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., MyAffiliates, Post Affiliate Pro,

• Everflow, etc.)

• Background in content creation, streaming, or online communities.
