The Opportunity

MetaHire Group is exclusively partnering with a leading Crypto Casino to find their Senior In-house Recruiter.

As an early hire, you’ll do far more than just fill seats; you’ll have the creative freedom to build the recruitment function from the ground up. This is a role for a strategic operator who thrives on the "build and execute" model, someone who can own the full lifecycle while designing the workflows and global sourcing standards that will define their future growth.

You will report directly to the Head of Recruitment, acting as a gatekeeper for talent and working as a strategic partner to hiring managers across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end process from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing across a diverse portfolio of roles.

• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted outbound sourcing sprints.

• Conduct screening calls to evaluate background, intrinsic motivation, and cultural alignment.

• Coordinate the interview lifecycle with precision, ensuring candidates are briefed and the process moves without friction.

• Navigate candidate motivations, identify potential blockers early, and close with conviction.

• Help define the recruitment blueprint, including ATS setup and documentation of sourcing workflows alongside the Head of Recruitment.

• Monitor personal pipeline metrics and conversion rates to identify patterns and optimize the hiring funnel.

Requirements:

• Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth tech company or a specialist boutique agency. You must have experience owning the entire process, not just sourcing.

• Direct experience recruiting within the Crypto or iGaming sectors.

• A natural instinct for identifying top-tier talent; you look beyond credentials to assess genuine potential and drive.

• The ability to represent the brand with sophistication to senior candidates and the confidence to challenge hiring managers when necessary.

• High personal standards and a data-driven mindset. You track your own numbers and never wait to be chased for an update.

• You are comfortable in an evolving environment and take pride in bringing order to ambiguity.
