MetaHire Group is exclusively partnering with a specialized, high-growth affiliate business in the iGaming sector.

The role:

We are looking for a Head of SEO to lead the strategic, operational, and cross-functional direction of our SEO function across all markets, with a particular emphasis on a key core region that represents the heart of our business.

What you will be doing:

• Own the global SEO strategy, with deep ownership of our primary market.

• Build and run a full SEO roadmap prioritized by revenue impact, delivery speed, and risk.

• Set direction across content, technical, and off-page initiatives, aligning all work tightly to business goals.

• Translate SEO into business-first narratives for leadership; build visibility so SEO isn’t a “black box.”

• Lead and mentor a multi-market SEO team, setting high standards for ownership and performance.

• Build frameworks for research, execution, and QA, driving continuous improvement through experimentation.

• Lead SEO for new asset launches from zero—designing structure, topical authority, and milestone plans to ensure commercial viability.

What would make you a great fit?

• 5–8+ years in SEO, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

• A proven background in marketplaces, affiliates, or large-scale content ecosystems.

• The ability to "speak business" and present decisive recommendations to C-level stakeholders.

• Strong fundamentals in crawling/indexing, site structure, and content quality signals.

• Demonstrated ability to scale organic traffic and revenue in highly competitive environments, including scaling new sites to meaningful growth.
