MetaHire Group is working with a fast-growing platform in the online gaming space. They aren't an operator themselves, but rather the layer on top, focusing entirely on reviewing, comparing, and analyzing industry operators with a strict commitment to transparency.

They act as the ultimate bridge between passionate gaming communities and top-tier casinos. By validating players' activity and stats across various platforms, they curate exclusive, high-value deals tailored to their profile.

As they scale, they are looking for a dynamic, charismatic, and driven VIP Host to manage these premium relationships and ensure players receive a true white-glove experience.

The Role:

In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand to our most active players. You will guide them through their community onboarding, understand their gaming preferences, and seamlessly match them with bespoke deals from our partner casinos. This is a high-visibility, relationship-driven role perfect for someone early in their career looking to make an impact in a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, high-trust relationships with our community of VIP players via chat, email, and direct outreach.

• Onboarding & Curation: Guide players through our activity surveys, analyze their stats, and understand their unique preferences.

• Deal Activation: Coordinate with our partner casinos to deliver the best possible deals, bonuses, and incentives to your portfolio of players.

• Community Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring players feel valued, heard, and excited to be part of our ecosystem.

• Feedback Loop: Gather insights from player surveys to help our team optimize future partner campaigns.

What We Are Looking For:

• You are naturally outgoing, empathetic, highly communicative, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. You know how to make people feel special.

• Experience in client-facing roles such as Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Guest Relations, Account Management, or Customer Success is highly valued.

• Prior experience in the iGaming sector is a plus.

• High energy, proactive problem-solving skills, and a tech-savvy mindset.
